Windows 10: My harddisk performance is decrease when i plugged in my laptop

i see in task manager when i plugged in my laptop and the hardisk usage always 100% and the average response time is always high likev 2000ms and when not plugged in the hardisk performance is increase to 20% disk ussage and 1,4ms average response time. can someone fix this promblem?

My PC lags when plugged in

Gaming performance decreased significantly. UNACCEPTABLE

I am writing this because I have noticed that the performance of my pc when playing games has decreased greatly. I used to play this game with 90 FPS, but right after I updated my PC to the fall creator's update, the FPS dropped to 60. I got this while
the laptop was plugged in and while the PC was at max performance settings. The game settings have not changed, neither have the drivers been changed nor what programs start up. NOTE: this is NOT a hardware issue. This is clearly a software issue. I am VERY
upset with this change and it MUST be fixed.

 

Laptop Screen goes dark when I Plug in or plug out.

This issue could have occurred due to these reasons:
