Windows 10: My HDD is now saying it is stored locally and has a Question mark on it how to get it back...

I'm on windows 11 and suddenly one day the windows ask if I want it to be write-protected non verbatim but I didn't read it so I just clicked yes because it been coming up a few times now, and was desperately trying to fix it and already used the diskpart, regedit, and some apps like AOMEI and ended up here, and after format partition I saw in list volume that the hard disk is already in RAW fs not NTFS and tried to search how to get it back to NTFS because it might fix the write-protected thing and I did thislist diskselect disk nattributes disk clear readonlycleancreate partition primaryse

Question mark on HDD

my hdd has a blue question mark symbol on it. i cant access the drive and it is not shown on the disk management

 

Local account installation question

I'm fairly certain that Skip this step was available in 10.0.130 - the workaround in Step 20 (back button) is no longer required.

The currently known, as of 10.0.130, ways to create a Local account sign-in are

• Skip this step at the MS account creation phase
• No Internet connection during the install
• static IP (post# 2 by Fragment) - New (to me anyway)

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
