Windows 10: My HDD's usb getting recogonized and visible on device manager but not showing either on...

I tried re-installing the device driver and tried easeus data recovery software but unhelpful. Please help to recover the files from it.Thanks in advance.

To assist you better, I would like to ask some questions:

• How are you connecting the HDD Caddy?
• What is the make and model of your computer?

If you are connecting the device using USB, I suggest you to check if other USB devices are recognized as USB devices or Other device. If it is displaying as other device, then the issue might be with the USB port. So, I suggest you to update the USB drivers
by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Universal Serial Bus Controller.
• Right click on the drive, select Update Driver Software and follow the on-screen prompts.

SSD & HDD installed drives not visible

Hi All,

SSD & HDD installed drives not visible after checked windows update and re-plugged wifi usb. and my microsoftware is Windows Feature Experience Pack. please suggest me how to get SSD & HDD back. and after clicked on shutdown it is taking more than 2 to 3min to getting shutdown please help me on this issue.

i followed Prompt command steps,

PC manage drive

restarted system

noting is worked.
