Windows 10: My Headphone makes my internet slow on my laptop.

Hi, This is the first time that I put something here, anyway, a few years ago I bought a Chinese Headphone (Bluedio T5 turbine) Because it is cheaper, wireless and noise canceling.

When it arrived I started using it in my day-to-day on my Samsung Laptop (windows 10) a little old, it worked well, I always used it on Bluetooth, but over time my internet started to mysteriously slow, every video that I opened it took longer to open and sometimes it didn't open, I had to restart the page, I spent almost an entire year with problems with the super slow internet, falling for minutes and then coming back frequently, I changed the internet several times, faster, however the problems continued, until one day I forgot to get the Headphone and started using it, and like magic the internet was working well, after some tests... ... I knew.

It was a fact that whenever I used the headset connected by bluetooth the performance of internet plummeted and was slow on my laptop, i didn't notice a difference on my phone (android), i want to know if more people had this problem and what is the factor for that, would it be my laptop? bluetooth? or the headphone? if anyone can help I appreciate it. (forgive my english, isn't my native language.)

2. How are you trying to connect the headphones to the laptop?
   
3. What is the model number of your ASUS laptop?
   
4. Are you using a wired or a wireless Bose headphone?
   

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned in Connecting To A Computer
and try connecting your headphones to the laptop.

• What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type winver in Windows search/Run command)
• What type of internet connection are you using (wired/wireless)?
• Are you facing lag issue with any other device like a smart phone or a different laptop to the same network?
• Do you face the same issue connecting the Laptop to a different network?
• Did you try connecting the laptop using an Ethernet cable?

WIN10 internet SLOW!!!!!!!

• Have you tried connecting to some other Internet connection and check if the same issue occurs?
