Windows 10: My headphones only are working with one program. I've tried everything but can't figure out...

My headphones are only working with one program Adobe Premiere Pro. I've tried multiple sets of headphones and they all only work with that one program. In my browser, games, spotify, anything else it doesn't work. I've tried all the basic headphone not working fixes update drivers, make sure everything is enabled, etc... and none of it works but i imagine it wouldn't since the headphones indeed are working just not within all of my programs. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

 

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
