Windows 10: My headset output works but input stops working

So I'm using a Roccat Khan Aimo headset. Worked perfectly on windows10. Since using windows 11 it hasn't worked properly. I've scrolled through all suggestions and changes and nothing has worked. When I disable the effects on my output of the headset the input stops working. Vice versa at times. I'm struggling to find a solution. My headset uses a USB connection. My headset shows up on all of my settings, but just doesn't want to work.

It sounds like the input for your bluetooth headset is not working, but output is working. Sorry to hear this. Kindly apply the solutions below to see if the problem solved.

1. Connect the headset to another device and observe the result.
   
2. Click Start > Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Devices > Delete this device from the bluetooth device list and then reconnect it.
   
3. Go to Start > Settings > Privacy & security > Microphone > Make sure that Microphone access is enabled.

Headset not working

It seems the troubleshooter was not able to resolve your concern. For us to resolve this, need to uninstall and re-install the audio driver of your computer. Before you perform the steps, you need to insert your headset. After inserting the headset, follow
the steps below:

• Right click the Windows logo (Start button).
• Choose Device Manager.
• Expand Audio inputs and outputs.
• Right click an item or items under Audio inputs and outputs.
• Click Uninstall.
• On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click the
  Delete the driver software for this device check box, and the click
  OK.
• Download the audio driver software from your computer manufacturer's website. Make sure you download the latest version.
  
• After downloading the driver software, access it to start installing driver.
• After installing the driver, restart your computer.
• After restarting the computer, check if the your headset will work properly.

After performing the steps, post the result here.

 

No input device found, output device not working.

I've only received this computer today, and so far the default input and output devices have not been working at all. With only the output (not input) device on my headset working.
