Windows 10: My Hindi Phonetic Keyboard is not getting installed. How shall I fix it?

My Hindi Phonetic Keyboard is not getting installed. I am trying to install it and put it up for download, but it is not getting downloaded. What should I do?

HINDI PHONETIC KEYBOARD DID NOT FIND

I HAVE A LAPTOP OF DELL WITH ORIGINAL WINDOW 10 BUT I HAVE TRIED A LOT BUT IT DID NOT SHOW HINDI PHONETIC KEYBOARD. WHAT CAN I DO ?

IN SETTING > TIME AND LANGUAGE >LANGUAGE >ADD LANGUAGE> HINDI >OPTION > ADD KEYBOARD > did not have "HINDI PHONETIC KEYBOARDE".

 

utsaah hindi keyboard map

I want to know where can I get Hindi keyboard map for Utsaah hindi font.

I know typing in Hindi with Kruti dev font using English keyboard.

this is the font I have to learn to type.

Typing in different hindi font needs different keyboard map so I searched on internet but I could not get

keyboard layout on English keyboard for Utsaah hindi font.
I have US English Remington keyboard but hindi key bindings for Utsah font I could not search.

How to install Indic Phonetic keyboards:

• Go to Settings page
• Select 'Time & language'
• Tap 'Keyboard' and 'Add keyboards'
• Scroll to your expected keyboard and select it. (e.g. Hindi Phonetic keyboard)
  
  
  
• Check added keyboard
  
  
  
• Download language data via Windows Update. It requires reboot device.

How to send your feedback:

• Launch 'Windows Feedback' application
  
  
  
• Search if some else has given similar feedback by entering the topic, such as "Hindi phonetic keyboard"
  
  
  
  If you find similar feedback, just tap "Upvote" or select it, add any details, then tap "Send" icon to post it.
• If you don't find similar feedback, tap '+' icon (New) located at the bottom to post a new feedback
• Select 'Input and Interaction Methods' in
