Windows 10: My hooked up keyboard is not typing the correct letters I type

So when I type on the Laptop keyboard it is all fine but when I hook another keyboard to it and I type on the Keyboard that I hooked it types wrong letters more than 3 to be exact so when I press Backspace it does -89 and when I hit Z it does =zc when i press c it does =zc and also when I press space it goes =zc Idk why it does this I thought I was because I maybe turned sticky keys on while I spammed the keyboard hooked up but I checked it wasn't that I think and when I do some of the F1 keys with the FN button or press some of the Letters they Open new Tabs and windows so please help I jus

Sorry for the delay in replying. I would suggest you to try the Onscreen keyboard and check if it helps.

Please have a look at this article and check if it helps. Even though the article is for Windows 8.1, the option to enable the onscreen keyboard is the same.

Use the On-Screen Keyboard (OSK) to type

After you are able to log in, I would suggest you to change the log in option or you may follow the steps provided by Neha Gupta to update the drivers and check if it helps.

Keyboard not typing letters

My PC keyboard will only type numerals. No letter keys are working. Since my password is all letters I cannot sign in.

I have been running Windows 10 since its release.
