Windows 10: My HP 14s Laptop, Windows 11 does not read any USB drives

When inserting any USB flash drives in any of the two USB ports, the laptop will have a sound notification that detects a USB flash drive being inserted but there are no drives visible in "This PC". When checking the device manager it has a triangle with an exclamation and an error:This device cannot start. Code 10 {Operation Failed} The requested operation was unsuccessful. USB Flash drive not seen on Laptop running Windows 11

3.Check Disk Management (Windows):

• Press Windows Key + X and select Disk Management.
  
• Look for the USB flash drive in the list of drives. If it appears but does not have a drive letter assigned, you may need to assign a drive letter to access it.
