My laptop is from 2020 and has been very good to me. However, recently, I experienced 3 or 4 blue screens while doing a task which included error messages like “IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL.” I ran a memory diagnostic, but it froze at 16%; now a week and a half later, I’ve gotten no blue screens, but the computer has been slow and has a tendency to freeze and screen tear if I move the monitor or grab it. I’ve always thought it was a bit flimsy when I grabbed it from the corner, could that have something to do with it? I really cannot afford a new computer right now, so if anyone could help diagnose

Very intermittent blue screen only when laptop starts

Damn!!!! I had updated the HP BIOS but the very int3ermittant blue screen happened again. The screen says the it is collecting information, but I don't think it does. No minidump is created and the laptop immediately reboots. I looked at Windows event viewer and this is the only Error that was listed at the time of the blue screen. Don't know what this means but don't think this is the problem. "SCEP Certificate enrollment initialization for WORKGROUP\BELLA$ via https://INTC-KeyId-17a00575d05e58e38...lates/Aik/scep failed: GetCACaps Method: GET(78ms) Stage: GetCACaps The server name or address could not be resolved 0x80072ee7 (WinHttp: 12007 ERROR_WINHTTP_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED)" Remember, I had run all hardware diagnostics more than once and never found a problem. Any suggestions of what to try next????????????????

Hp laptop screen won’t display except occasionally

- this suggests BIOS corruption or a hardware problem...
Whilst you might try flashing the BIOS (updating it may be necessary to run Win 10- witness your problem above), you also say you have access to it.
Do you hear any beeps or sounds?

Check the version of your BIOS vs that listed on HP's site for your laptop.

I'm also wondering if this might be related to your CMOS battery inside your laptop. (This should be a normal circular battery).
How to replace the CMOS battery
- but that's just a thought.

Sorry that's not how to create a bootable disk. All that disk is is data storage- as you just copied the files to it.

However, given the above, doing that isn't likely to help you I'm afraid.
