Windows 10: My hp envy 4520 printer stopped printing in color

My HP Envy 4520 stopped printing in color. Everything prints in grayscale / monochrome. I've checked all the instructions on HP support and on Windows support, as far as I can tell. I've also changed the cartridge (using the right brand always), run troubleshooter, checked preferences etc, and from everything I'm seeing it appears the docs should be printing in color. They're just not. What else can I do?? Thanks in advance for your help.

HP 4520 Printer Offline

My HP 4520 Envy printer says offline and will not print from Windows 10 on my laptop. It will print from other devices. Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

This issue may occur due to corrupted, missing, outdated printer driver, due to incorrect printer settings or faulty printer.

To better assist you with your concern, I'd like to know the following:

• Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
• Click OK.

• Were there any recent changes made prior to this issue?
• Verify how is your printer connected to your computer. Check the USB connection (for wired printers) or the wireless connection (for wireless printers).

Meanwhile, uninstalling and reinstalling the latest driver for your printer can resolve these types of issues.

1. Press Windows key + R, then type in devmgmt.msc.

2. On the Device Manager window, expand the Printer.

3. Uninstall your printer driver.

4. Reboot your computer and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

5. If Windows doesn't find a new driver, you can try looking for one on the
