Windows 10: My HP ENVY keeps printing my sons school picture, with ALL BLUE eyes. No Pupil. Anyone know...

I am so confused and appreciate any help. My sons school picture we bout the CD and I am printing from home. My son has pupils along wigth his nlue eyes....then/….I print it...and my HP ENVY dwecided to volor the wentire eyes blur.


the ink levels are normal. I've never has anything so strange happen to me before

HP ENVY 5530 does not print certain files

I appreciate if you could answer few questions to narrow down to the issue.

  What exactly happens when you try to print the envelopes? Did you receive any error message?
  
• 
  Did you install any third party security application?
  
• 
  Is the model HP 5530 or 5530e?
  

This issue may arise due to out dated drivers. As an initial troubleshooting step,
I suggest you to run printer troubleshooter and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

1. Type troubleshooting in the search bar.

2. Select Troubleshooting.

3. Select View all on the top left corner.

4. Click Printer.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

6. Check if issue persists.

If the issue still persists, I suggest you to download the drivers from the manufacturer’s website and check if that helps to resolve the issue.
