Hello, My HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-ee1xxx keeps rebooting randomly with the below 2 error codes from the event viewer or CMD prompt. see Below.I have already ran the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics and the hardware all passes the tests. I am using Windows 11.I am also getting the Blue screen of Death with the Stop code: Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL What Failed: Ntfs.sysId : 1074 LevelDisplayName : Information TimeCreated : 3/12/2024 4:13:04 PM Message : The process C:\WINDOWS\system32\shutdown.exe SCOTTYS-NEW-HP has initiated the restart of computer

HP Envy x360 Randomly Restarts and BSOD

Hi, over the past year I've had a problem with my HP Envy x360 where it will randomly crash and restart, or will crash and show me the BSOD will error codes such as system service exception, irql_not_less_or_equal. These issues only started occurring after my laptop hinge broke and had to be replaced about a year ago, and I got it replaced. I've had to switch to a new laptop because it was constantly disrupting my uni work. I recently wiped the entire laptop and reset it to see if that would fix the issue but even whilst no programs are running or open, it has continued to crash multiple times.
