    My HP Envy x360 laptop won't allow me to factory reset and I'm locked out of my windows 10...


    My HP Envy x360 laptop computer stopped letting me use my fingerprint to access it and I don't remember any password, pin, security questions etc. I have tried everything to get into the windows program but absolutely nothing works! Super frustrating because I am a college student and have an assignment due TODAY unfortunately. My laptop doesn't have a disk drive, I don't have a usb flash, and the factory reset isn't working. I've tried the usual method of going through "trouble shoot", and "reset this PC, but nothing works, it just keeps either kicking me out back to the menu, or giving me a
