my hp is freezing and very slow

freezing or slowing of the HP computer

I have freezing or very slow performance of my computer. Sometimes restart make a difference. I am thinking the strength of the internet signal might be a reason. Wi-Fi properties do not show the strength as Microsoft suggested. Or speed might be the other
reason. I might need to talk with internet provider regarding the strength and speed of the signal. But maybe it has something to do with Windows 10?

Corrupted hard drive, too many backgrounds programs, outdated drivers, hardware conflicts, etc. are some of the reasons why a Windows computer is running slow and freezing. To isolate the issue, we'd like to know if you have made any recent changes on your
