Windows 10: My hp laptop doesn't boot up but power button light is on

My hp laptop screen kept going black randomly. Sometimes it showed lines and now when I try to boot it up, it is completely blank. My laptop also has battery issues. I can't use it with plugging it

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.

Laptop sometime doesn't boot...

Alright. After taking the drive completely out, I still get a blank black screen. Only light on is the light on the power button. I can't get to BIOS either. Suggestions?
