my hp laptop has max storage 64gb on C: drive and im trying to create a windows 10 usb bootable

I downloaded the media creation tool. My HP has a max storage size of 64gb. It currently lists as 7.52 available disk space. I mounted a 16gb removable usb drive with the intent to create a Windows 10 bootable. As I move along the media creation process the tool states that I will need at least 8gb of free space in the C: drive in order to create the bootable drive. Why does it not just recognize my 16gb flash drive and install it there. HP specs are as follows Ram 8GB, IntellR CeleronR N4000 CPU @ 1.10ghz / 64 bit / 64gb max storage / currently using Windows 10 Home Version.Any help will

    Multi-bootable USB

Hey guys from TPU, couldn't find any specific thread pertaining to the question asked on title. As mentioned, I'm trying to create a bootable USB, but with many specifics boots available.

I've been trying to create one with multiple boot device including one that enables me to run Windows 10 directly on the USB Thumb Drive but to no avail.

The list of bootable images i'm trying to create are

    1. Windows 10 (A full OS running from thumb drive)
    2. Windows 10 ISO (Bootable disk image for fresh install)
    3. MemTest86+

Have tried YUMI or UUI from the website USB PenDrive Linux but as this is my first time, i don't know how am i screwing up or am doing it right.. Anyone got a rough idea on a step by step guide? Thanks!

  3. bootable USB drive?

Thanks to everyone that replied!!! I actually used this link and it worked great.

What I was doing was attempting a flash on a GTX465 PNY video card. Thanks to the above link I was able to get the bootable USB flash drive, and successfully flashed the 465 to a full blown 1280mb GTX470. *Rockout :rockout:*Rockout :rockout:*Rockout :rockout:
