Windows 10: My HP laptop pavilion 15 only charges when off or sleep

So i changed the battery and now the laptop only charges when its off or sleep modeI tried changing the cable but that didnt fix the issue I cant perfform a battery optimisation because i need the laptop to be pluged inAny way to fix the issue?

HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cc1xx does not wake up from sleep

Brand new HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cc1xx does not wake up from sleep. I have to restart it every time.

 

How can I get HP Sleep and Charge to work?

My laptop has a USB 3.1 Gen 1 (HP Sleep and Charge) port, but I don't seem to be able to get it to work. The connected device stops charging when I put my PC to sleep, or turn it off.

I have already tried the solutions presented here and here:

• Disabled "Allow this computer to turn off this device to save power" from Device Manager for all USB controllers
  
• Disabled "USB selective suspend" from Power Options
  

There are no relevant settings in my BIOS. How can I get this feature to work? I am on the latest build of Windows 10.

 

My HP Pavilion laptop isn't/slow charging! Help!

Hello! I'm using an HP Pavilion laptop (Windows 10) with it's original charger. The issue is when my laptop is charging & when the battery level is around 60% it stops to charge further. It displays 'plugged in, discharging'! Also takes an awful lot of
time to charge, like 4-5 hours once after reaching 60%. Any suggestions & solutions please
