    I've tried every thing from safe mode to factory reset but nothing works it's not connected to wifi etheir and I don't know what to do.

    How do I factory reset My HP laptop? It wont install the new updates. I need to wipe it clean. Then let Windows update. It tells me unable to update not enough storage well I dumped everything that I could still wont update.
    I had a Accer several years ago. but it had the factory reset in it settings. My HP is set up different. I cant up grade to windows 11 until I do a factory reset

    I have finally done a factory reset,F11 key didn't work and I have not got HP Recovery Manager installed,on booting up a message appears in bottom left of screen "Press Esc to view win setup" this brings up a recovery menu which included "Factory Reset" which I selected and one hour later I was back to Win7 Home Premium,just updating everything and generally personalising,it is an old laptop so will be good to play about with it until support is finally withdrawn.Thanks all for your input
