Windows 10: My HP laptop won't start i need help disabling the bit locker recovery.Every time I type...

Windows performed an update on my HP laptop and the next morning. When I opened my computer and tried to start it it only went to bitlocker recovery tool. When I type in the bit locker key and hit answer the computer shuts off and then comes back so the points restarts to the bit locker recovery key utility again and has forgotten the key that I just typed in.My warranty is through Allstate Insurance? They are requesting that I have you give me instructions on how to disable bid locker is there somebody there that can help me with that?

2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

Bit locker Recovery key

I have got my HP Spectre Laptop, system corrupted after a system update. The merchant is asking the Bit locker Recovery key for to reset the system. He said to sign in to Microsoft account and can get this 48 digits

Could anyone help me the guidance to get the same from my Microsoft account.

This laptop was purchased on March, 2020 and it is under warranty still.

My laptop is asking for bit locker recovery key every time i am logging in to computer.
