    My hp notebook 255GB PC ''W" key keeps registering as i am holding it in games


    Ive been using a Hp notebook 255GB PC for about 1 year and suddenly the ''W'' key and the ''W'' key only has been acting weirdly as in like when i am gaming on Roblox MInecraft and holding down the ''W'' key while fights someone or something and i want to stop moving to do a certain task the game keeps registering as i am still holding down the ''W'' key its the same with other games but when i test it on word it normal i am asking this question as it has never happened before even on my older laptops if anyone knows what is the issue please reply or send a tutorial to fix it Thank you

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.



    I see that your laptop’s battery is not charging. We would like to know, if you get a message stating plugged in not charging when hovering the mouse over the battery icon.



    If you see the message plugged in not charging, I suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned below and see if that helps:



    1. Press Windows Logo key + X, and select
      Device Manager.
    2. Expand Battery.
    3. Right click on Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery, and select
      Uninstall.
    4. Click OK to confirm.
    5. Restart the computer.

    How to disable Fn key in hp pavillion notebook?

    I need to turn OFF my fn key. Im seeing a bunch about turning it on, but not turning it off. I am on an hp pavillion notebook and I need to play a game that requires the f1 f2 f3 f4 keys to do things and its hard to hold down fn, w, turn my camera, and click

    Keys Not Working When Holding Q and W keys

    Hi, when holding down the buttons Q and W in Fortnite, if I press the C key it'll build a wall but then when I press X, it won't register thereby not placing down a wall. The problem is not just with X and C keys; it's with all other keys as well as they
    don't properly register when I'm holding down Q and W.

    This has been the case since the day I bought the computer so it might be something to do with Windows. Any way to fix this?
