Windows 10: My HP Omen 16-c0100nf overheat and crashes

Hello, i'm having a problem, it's been now 2 months that my laptop keep crashing when playing games for extended period when i'm not at full fans, so i decided to open it up and clean dust. There was a lot of dust and everything went well, but, now the dust is gone, but my laptop still crashes, and now faster, even on games which i've been playing for long, and i suspect crashing being because of overheating, because when i check my temperatures, playing a game like Apex Legends, it goes from 40°C full fans to 101°C full fans in 10 seconds, and instantly crashes. My HP Omen keeps crashing without any overheating

my hp omen (ryzen7 4800h, windows 10, ram 16, gtx 1650ti) keeps crashing randomly and without any known issues. it is not overheating, it is not overclocking, not even a single game is running. It just suddenly stops working and a second after, monitor gets black and nothing is responding. i have tested hardware in any way possible, and it is checked and clean of any virus. I don't know what to do about it.
