Windows 10: My hp omen laptop crashes on every game mid to high end game

I recently downgraded from windows 11 on my laptop and it is a lot better than it was but my games randomly crash the games that I have had crash are rust siege helldivers and grounded and I have all the graphics on low to medium I updated drivers and did a fresh install of windows 10 also another problem that i have is after the downgrade my built in speakers and TouchPad don't work
