Windows 10: My HP pavilion G6 is stuck on inter-administrator password or power on password screen

My email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** you can email me night or day thank you I bought this HP pavilion G6 on Craigslist and he knows nothing about the damn thing and it is stuck on enter-administrator password or power on password screen I have hit enter five times got the code to get the new password looked up the new password when I got the new password I powered off and then powered back on my laptop and I typed in the code that they gave me and it told me invalid password the website that I went to to get the password was bio-pw.org please somebody help me I have no money to buy a

I have a HP pavilion laptop and forgot the user password to open the computer.
