Windows 10: My hp pavilion gaming 15 ec1010ca is stuck on the hp screen loading wheel restart

So...I have a hp pavilion gaming 15 ec1010ca....originally what the problem was, was that it started out with a cmos battery error...then it turned into a startup loading wheel restart loop. So I replaced the battery. That didnt change anything. I can't get to the recovery mode because it goes through the loading wheel on the hp logo screen. I need help figuring this out

How do I get my hp pavilion gaming 15 ec1010ca to actually boot up.

I have an hp pavilion gaming 15 ec1010ca. I bought it used, of course. It was running but with issues at first. A cmos battery error. Now if I'm not mistaken this model does not even have a cmos battery. Now iv been faced with the problem of I hit the power button, it goes from orange for a second, to white, and when it doesnt do the cmos battery error, it goes to the hp screen, then for a millisecond the loading wheel pops up and as soon as it does the computer completely restarted. I try to put it into recovery mode but it doesn't make it that far with out restarting. And when I got to the diagnostic checks, the battery doesn't even show up as installed when I know it is, however when I got it from buddy the charger had to be plugged into it to get a power source cause the battery was shot

 

How do I get my hp pavilion gaming 15 ec1010ca to actually boot up.

Ok...so I got a new battery, installed it. Plugged it In. Then after it was charged some I went to turn it on. Now the next thing that happened was I got the black screen.....how do I fix that....again for anyone else reading this it's an hp pavilion gaming 15 ec1010ca. How do I get past this or how do I fix this...
