Windows 10: My HP pavilion isnt allowing me to connect to the internet, why isnt it doing it?

I have restarted, shut down and troubleshooted my laptop and wifi, and it is still not connecting to the WIFI. It also automatically turned itself on aeroplane mode, but now it just turned off by itself as well. The WIFI option isn't also popping up, and when trying to connect it in my settings, it won't allow me.

To resolve your concern, we suggest that you run the internet troubleshooter, by following the steps below:

• Type Troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Once the window open, click View All,
  located on the left navigation pane.
• Locate and select Internet Connection, and run the in build troubleshooter.

the headphone jack isnt working and it wont even fit for the whole jack to go all the way in
