Windows 10: My HP pc does not go beyond the loading screen of windows installation.

The keyboard turns off and only two dots of the loading screen is there, stuck and not moving. I kept the pc on like this overnight but still nothing happened. It reaches BIOS. I tried both MBR and UEFI USB installations using rufus. Both get the same result. I can't update the bios since it is very old, and the forums only took me so far.I tried installing to my HDD using the laptop im typing this on and it worked but it is not showing any installed OS in the other pc. I had some luck way before when I installed it like that but now it is not working.I have 4 gigs of ram, an i5 processor and

Friends computer freezing at windows loading screen

Ok my friend is having problems with his computer right now. Basically it crashed on the windows loading screen. This is what he told me on MSN.

Now i'm not too sure what the problem is. I suggested doing a repair install with the xp disk (i'll be giving him that tomorrow) but in the mean time do any of you have any ideas?

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

HP Pavilion PC stuck on loading screen after uninstalling Windows

Hello, I recently turned on my HP Pavilion PC and encountered an issue. The computer turned on and went to a black screen with only the cursor visible, and the fan was blowing loudly. I attempted to enter the boot menu by pressing a key before the computer started up, which worked. I tried to enter the boot menu by pressing a key before the computer started up; which worked, but instead of booting from a USB (which I didn't understand how to do at the time and thought I needed to purchase software for), I clicked 'uninstall Windows'. Now, every time I turn on the computer, it shows the HP logo and then goes to a blue screen with a white loading spinning wheel that flashes and flickers, and the fan blows loudly. The screen never progresses past this point and I can no longer access the boot menu. I have tried waiting for several hours, but the issue persists. Can anyone please help me with this issue? I would really appreciate it. System information:

• Windows 10 version 1809
