Windows 10: My Huawei Matebook 13 laptop's screen is not working. It doesn't work if I connect a second...

I dropped my Huawei Matebook 13 and the creen went all red, then gree, then blue, then white. Now the screen won't work but the laptop still powers on and the keyboard lights up and i am still getting the notification sound when it is time to add my password. I want to back up my hard drive before sending it off to repair as they will wipe hard drive before repairing. Please help.

From reading the specs of a Huawei MateBook 13, I don't see any reason why Windows 10 would not work on that device . ..

I need to investigate this further, what is the exact Model No. of your Huawei MateBook 13 - that should be printed on a sticker on the bottom casing . . .

So, I went through a typically specced Huawei MateBook 13 and Windows 10 device drivers are available for all the major components, Video card, Audio Card, chipset, Processor, Network . . etc. so there is absolutely no reason why Windows 10 could not be installed
on a Huawei MateBook 13!
