Windows 10: my iGPU gives me a black screen... in everything? even BIOS!

hello, i have a problem that when i disable my dGPU to use iGPU i just get black screen, that happened after i had to take off the CMOS battery and put it back on after 20 mins cuz my pc couldnt boot up this time, anyway i really need the iGPU since my radeon HD 5450 is sooooo baaaad, my intel HD 530 performs waaayyy mooore better in games.also a note : when i boot to bios or safe mode i also get a black screen, so any thoughts about how to fix this hassle? my ahh pc specs :CPU : i5 6500GPU : Radeon HD 5450 the embarrassment of AMD / intel HD 530 the desired gpuRAM : 8G

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's not a software related issue which is why I was suggesting that you remove the video card to start with since it's such an easy process of elimination step.

I'm not familiar with AMD CPUs, I did see that you had listed in your system specs but I had no idea whether or not it has an iGPU

Is there any possibility of you being able to get your hands on any compatible video card at all?it would be the easiest step to try to troubleshoot or at least one of the easier ones. You should be able to get into the bios without anything but A display cable hooked up to the motherboard
