Windows 10: My in-built input device is not responding. How can i resolve it?

I recently discovered during a gmeet that my fellow peers can't hear my voice when i try to talk over the microphone. The input volume in the settings still shows high but there is no voice going in. i tried troubleshooting but no voice is getting recorded. when i tried the microphone test, the volume showed 0%.when i switched my input deive to my bluetooth headset, it seemed to work just fine.i'm using 2- Intel Smart Sound Technology

Disabling and re-enabling has the same effect. The touchscreen starts responding, but doesn't work after restarting.

Hi Ben,

Instead of uninstalling, we suggest disabling the "USB input device" listed in Human Interface Devices and check if it resolves the issue.

• Type Troubleshooting on Windows Search.
• Click Troubleshooting.
