    My information is stuck in one drive and i cant get it to sync back


    I tried backing up my laptop and it took all my data, files and apps and they are stuck in one drive and i have an empty desktop and i can't get my info to sync back. This one drive account has two laptops on it.

    Corrupted files may be the possible cause reason why files/folders were not syncing. To efficiently assist you, we'd like to gather more information:

    • Could you tell us if you've made any recent changes prior to this issue?
    • Are you getting any error messages when you tried to sync a file/folder?
    • Which version of Office are you using?

    In the meantime, we suggest that you follow the steps in this
    article     to troubleshoot your OneDrive files/folders to sync properly.

    Stuck in Windows 10 Upgrade

    My computer seems to be stuck in a Windows 10 failed upgrade loop. I was running fine on a beta version of Windows 10, and then I came downstairs one morning to see it repeatedly booting, attempting to repair, then rebooting. The steps I've taken to diagnose are:

    • Attempting to boot off a USB drive (with all drives disabled in BIOS) - this fails at the point of the blue windows screen
    • Attempting to boot the machine itself and getting into "repair/safe mode" using F7
    • Looking at the BIOS for obvious failures (e.g. RAM that should be there is missing) - nothing obvious is wrong.

    I am fairly certain the build version was 9926. For many months, the system would attempt to upgrade, and then say "it failed" for some reason and roll back.

    Suggestions for next steps?

    Windows Phone 7 Stuck on Syncing

    I have had the same problem. I find doing the following steps will resolve the issue.

    • DIsable All Data (WiFi and Mobile)
    • Wait for outlook to stop syncing. This can take some time
    • Delete Outlook account from the phone
    • Re-enabled Data
    • Setup the Account Again
    This will allow the phone to sync properly.

    WARNING: If you are running off a data plan it is wise to resolve this ASAP since it is actively trying to sync the whole time. I was able to run up almost 1.5GB data usage in 4 days of being stuck on syncing.
