Windows 10: my Inspiron 5515 touchscreen still not working.

Greetings,After speaking with a support member about my issue, I downloaded Windows 11 Home to my Inspiron 5515 laptop computer, after performing the "In Place Upgrade". After completing the upgrade, and restarting my computer, the touchscreen was functional, however, after shutting down my unit for the evening, upon restarting, the touchscreen was not functional again!While speaking with the chat rep, I gave him control of my computer, and while checking I noticed he was able to expose the touchscreen value in the Device Manager, in HID by viewing "hidden devices", and I noticed him perform a

While speaking with the chat rep, I gave him control of my computer, and while checking I noticed he was able to expose the touchscreen value in the Device Manager, in HID by viewing "hidden devices", and I noticed him perform a couple of actions that I'm very familiar with. I sought to do the same, but I could not reveal the touchscreen value so that I could disable/enable the device or check the device driver.

I was unsuccessful however!

I would greatly appreciate any assistance whatsoever. I'm going to contact support again.

• What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)
  
• What is the model number of the Dell Inspiron Laptop?
  
• Are you aware of any recent changes, prior to this issue?

Touchscreen monitor

Hi, I'm looking into buying a touchscreen monitor for use with a Dell Inspiron 660 desktop pc rnning Windows 8 in order to fully utilise the touchscreen facilities of Windows 8.
I'm preliminary looking at the Iiyama T2250MTS or T2452MTS touchscreen monitors. Anyone had experience of these, do they fully work under Windows 8?
Any other suggestions of monitors in the £200-£350 range?
