Windows 10: My Instagram account got disabled even though I'm a Private account and follow the...

My Instagram account got disabled even though I'm a Private account and follow the community guidelines even though I followed all the rules it still got disabled and this is not the only time..They told me to send a video clip of my face to see if it's a real person and I did and their was a finish button and I couldn't click it I was so frustrated

Youtube disabled my account, help please

the page where is said account disabled , it also showed a link saying next step is to contact us,
i ran that link and reported the problem, still no reply

 

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
