Windows 10: My installed apps are taking up 183gb, but the biggest file is 1.53gb

I wanted to download a new game off steam, but Microsoft Flight Simulator was taking up too much space200gb. When I went into my storage and into installed apps MSFS was not listed, so I deleted it off steam and went to it's files that it made and deleted them. I expected the entire thing to be gone, but it's saying my installed apps are taking up 183 gb, and it says it found 96 apps, but the biggest one is 1.53gb. So I have no clue where this storage is being took up.

Well that's why I asked. Mine is on SSD and takes 11 seconds. Your list of games will not appear if it has not checkd for updated suggested settings for awhile until it checks.

When it says it is refreshing the game list, it is checking, because NVIDIA periodically updates suggested settings. Plus it will look for those for new games you have installed.

So, the less it is run, the slower it will be.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I suggest you to follow the below steps.

1) Right click on the file and select choose another app to open. It will display the list of apps to open.

2) If the app is not listed then select more apps and check if you can find it.

images: for ppl that use lots of image apps

image app/site where you can it takes 2 images and auto-puts them side by side into 1 image

there was an image app a long time ago that does this, i've no idea what the name was tho
maybe there's something that is current & better

minimal requiremetns

1. should take a few steps (2 or so steps) just like that prevous app/site
2. app/site needs to have a specfiic feature specifically for this
3. should be free ofc for such a simple thing

since many ppl dont use many image apps, this may be a hard find
