Windows 10: My insurance "fixed" my laptop keyboard which only had a broken w key

This is my elitebook 840 g5 and i sent to the insurance company to get the w key fixed and it came back fixed but also got rid of my fn key with the little dot light and made my capslock half lit. The keyboard it self looks ripped out and the f3 and f4 key dont work and only say HP Hotkey support . They also resetted my laptopto windows 10 which i had it at 11 butnow i cant find the upgrade to windows 11 when i hit check for updates . Im pissed that they had to complete reset and rip kut my key board to reolace a single key and then mess up my keys and make them worse. They also ripped the scr

The lastest update has broken my laptop keyboard

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

You may want to open a notepad and type using that key to check if that key works fine.

For a quick cleaning, turn the keyboard upside down and use a can of compressed air to blow out any foreign matter. Be sure to do this in a location where falling debris can be cleaned up easily. Turn the keyboard upside down and tap on it a
few times. You should see a bit of dirt fall out. Change the angle and tap harder to make most of it get out.

Clean the sides of the keys with a clean cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol.
