  2. Wont show or recognize my 4890

Have this little issue. It wont show the temps of my 4890 or even recognize it. I had something like this when I put in my Nvidia card and before I installed the drivers it wouldnt show the temps. In this case, however, I reinstalled the ATI drivers several times but still nothing.

    Any suggestions?

  3. Integrated camera randomly switches to PC camera & Stops working.

Sorry for the late reply. It says "This devise is working properly."

This however is BS as the camera is not showing anything at all at the time of me checking & writing this.

The strange part is that if the computer has been shut down for awhile, when I start using the camera it is recognized as "Integrated Camera" and it works perfectly. After about ten or fifteen minutes though, it switches from "Integrated Camera" to "PC Camera" and then quits working. When the camera is recognized as "PC Camera", this is the only time I've deleted the program, tried checking or updating the drivers, or checked status as you suggested. Perhaps I should try these things in the short window of time that the computer recognizes it as "Integrated".

    Thanks for you help

  4. My integrated camera cant be recognized/wont show up

Integrated Camera does not display color

Hi KBrownUNF, thank you for reaching out to us. My name is Jayson, an Independent Advisor for Microsoft Community and a user just like you. I'll be glad to assist you.

I understand that you have issue with your integrated laptop camera in greyscale. Might I suggest that you check this link, it is having a different issue with yours but the procedure to fix is just the same. I suggest you follow the steps listed.

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

Also if this is the first time that you are using the webcam, can you check maybe there is a sticker/plastic in front of the camera.

Let me know if this works and I'll be happy to help you to fix this.
