Windows 10: My Intel HD graphics 4600 GPU suddenly goes up to 100 windows 10

It usually happens when I'm in google chrome browsing and there is too many graphical elements. My screen freezes for a short time but this happens alot and it's annoying.Also when I use my touchpad dual finger to scroll but not my mouse, It always freezes for a long time and gpu goes up to 100.IDK why its related to gpu but I monitored other hardware they're working fine, It's just Intel GPU.I think this happened after I installed windows 11 which was not supported on my computer. I downgraded my windows to windows 10 after that but the issue still remained.I tried disabling intel graphic dri

I suggest you to download Windows 8.1 compatible Intel HD Graphics 4600 drivers from the following link:

Once you successfully download Windows 8.1 compatible Intel HD Graphics 4600 drivers, I suggest you to try to install them in compatibility mode and check.

Make older apps or programs compatible with Windows - Microsoft Support

Note: The above mentioned steps are also applicable to Windows 10.

No idea why. Maybe a typo at Intel......

 

Intel HD Graphic 4600 driver upodate

Hi there -
Using the Intel Display Adaptor HD Graphic 4600 - and Windows 10 Pro - 64bit , Windows Update had automatically updated the driver - 20.19.15.4835 once on 17/12, once on 17/12, once on 23/12, five times on 28/12 and today -29/12- 20 times.
Unable to find any info regarding this on the internet.

For further info I am enclosing a screenshot.

Any suggestions of how to fix this?
