Windows 10: My Intel High definition DSP has code 28 and my realtek audio driver doesnt show up in...

So I have a MSI Cyborg 15 A12VE, and I decided to use ccleaner with the driver update because why not. Then the next time I used my laptop and tried to play a video with my headphones it didn't play a sound and so I tried to reinstall windows, and uninstall intel high definition dsp but it kept coming back as an error with a triangle. I did research a little but i tried troubleshooting, reinstalling the intel audio driver and realtek, and I tried to learn ddu but wasnt sure how to use it.

error Intel High Definition DSP - No Audio Device installed.

Hi Folks I did my windows updates (windows 11) and since then, I have been getting the error Intel High Definition DSP - No Audio Device installed.

Checked in the Device Manager

Under other devices is says Intel High Definition DSP (There is a Little Yellow triangle with an exclamation mark on it)

doubled clicked on it and it states:

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)



There are no compatible drivers for this device.



To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.

Tried to search for the Driver but it returned the following message: Windows was unable to install your Intel High Definition DSP

Intel High Definition DSP issue WIndows 11 HP Pavilion Gaming

Hello, Since couple of weeks I don't have sound on my Windows 11 laptop.
I noticed Intel High Definition DSP drivers are missing (code 28). The other drivers (like Realtek HD audio) are in place.please
Could you help me?

Ok, so I uninstall drivers, and reboot was performed as you say. Sos now back to the previous steps and isntall a file you sugest here, yes?

"Do the following go to device manager > Intel High Definition DSP > Update Devices > Browse my Computer for Drivers > Let me choose from a list of drivers available on my computer > Show all devices > Have disk > Browse > C:\ Drivers\Audio\20241806.21412957\SST3950\Production > IntcSST.inf See if the recognized driver appears."
