Windows 10: My intergrated webcam connected to this computer works on evry other app apart from browsers

I have tried Discord and skype and they all work great on those apps but when i try to use it on a browser it doesnt work and most apps say that i have denied access to them but i haven't I also found this question but there was never a resoulution? https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/webcam-wont-work-in-any-browser-works-for-other/523c4dfe-3db6-4817-99fb-e5873eb4fc6f

Intergrated Webcam

I have Windows 11 on my laptop. The Intergrated webcam was working until recently on Zoom. A few days ago, Zoom has stopped recognizing the webcam. In the Device Manager, under Imaging Device, Camera is not listed. So, how can I get the Integrated webcam working again?

Error: This hardware device is not connected to the computer (Code 45) will occur if hardware device is not properly connected to the computer. The only solution is reconnecting the device (web camera) to the respective port.

I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by following the steps provided below:

• Type “Troubleshooting” in the search bar and press Enter.
• Click on “Hardware and Devices”.
• A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and your hardware troubleshooting will start.
