Windows 10: My internet gets disconnected when I open a particular software

I am facing a very weird issue.

Whenever I open Epic Games Launcher it seems my wifi status goes to "No internet". I minimize it & my internet comes back.

How do I solve this issue?

N.B.: To record the issue I installed OBS. It was working. Then I got a prompt message to restart my laptop to install new windows updates. After Restart my OBS started doing the same thing as Epic Games Launcher. Uninstalling & then re-installing didn't help. I installed some other softwares later, but they don't have any issues.

regarding internet problem in laptop for a particular software

hi . my laptop is connected to internet through hotspot and i can able to use internet but for a particular software it is showing "no internet connection" so i am unable to open that application..it is a software for personal use .

• Do you get any error message when the internet disconnects?
• Have you made any changes to your computer prior to this issue?
• Are you able to connect through wired connection?

I suggest you to follow the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: I suggest you to run the internet troubleshooter as below and check if it helps.

• Type Troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Once the window open click on View All located on the left navigation pane.
• Locate and select Internet Connection and run the in build troubleshooter.

Method 2: I suggest you to follow the steps from the below article

Error- HTTP/1.1 200 OK on Edge and other browers goes blank when try to open particular websites

To understand the issue better, I suggest you to answer the below questions.

• Since from when are you facing this issue?
• What happens when you try to access the same websites in other PC?

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it help you.

• Open the Microsoft Edge browser. Open a website.
• Click on '. . .' select Open with Internet Explorer
  and check if the issue persists.

If the issue doesn't resolve, try the below steps.

• Press Start, type Internet Explorer and
  select it.
• Press Ctrl + Shift + P, it opens Internet Explorer as
  InPrivate mode. Try to access the website and check if the issue still persists.
