Windows 10: My internet goes out when I enter minecraft

I've been having this problem for years. Whenever I enter the online server in Minecraft, it stops for a few seconds and comes back, and it takes minutes for the internet to come back. Sometimes when I change my internet from 5GHz to 2.4Ghz the problem is fixed but when I do the same thing another day it still doesn't work. I don't use an Ethernet cable, use the ZyXEL Wireless AC USB Adapter instead. Please help me!!!!!

Homegroup For Minecraft Servers Or What?

It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup

It's not something I have any direct experience with but a quick read suggests to me that you will not need to do Much if any reconfiguration of the existing server

Simply Entering A New Rule In Firewall Kills Entire Internet

Everyone, Did some further research, jumped on a system of mine that has Windows 7 on it. Duplicated the same procedure that I listed above, and it did the same thing, shut the Internet down. So, I took it a step further, and added just one IP address, and everything worked again. Apparently, UNTIL you enter something to be blocked, EVERYTHING gets blocked. So, all is well. I just need to enter at least one IP before clicking [Finish].
