Windows 10: my internet is slow but only on my pc

this issue started around a month ago i usually play fortnite for my main game in fortnite i usually get around 20-30 ping but recently ive been getting more like 60-100 ping it started when i upgraded my internet instead of getting faster it got slower alot slower it was at less then 100 mbps for download speed which isnt normal for my internet it usually stays consistently 100-200 then it just kept getting slower ive rebooted my internet and computer countless times ive tried doing research and have read and watched countless youtube videos and reports but nothing has come out of it im gonna

Slow Internet only on PC.

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
