Windows 10: My internet is working on other devices but not the computer

Discus and support My internet is working on other devices but not the computer in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; I can probably google how to fix it but this seems much troubling.     My internet is working on other devices but not the computer


    I can probably google how to fix it but this seems much troubling. I’ve already tried the netsh reset catalog and netsh ipv4 reset reset.log and restarted the pc but it didn’t work, I also tried to uninstall the realtek controler network adapter and scan for hardware changes but it didn’t work either, can anyone help me please?

    Internet connection dropping


    I had already tried this and it did not work. I did find an updated driver for my adapter (Realtek) and so far no more problems. Thanks for the suggestion!

    1. Open Admin command and type: ipconfig

      My internet is working on other devices but not the computer [​IMG]
    2. Win+X->Control Panel->Netwok and Sharing Center
      Follow the screen shot. This should disable internet access from this PC but allows access to local device(s)
      NOTE: Use the IP & Subnet Mask from step 1. Leave Default gateway & DNS Server blank

    I understand the inconvenience you are facing in accessing Internet Explorer on your device as it crashes.

    Do let us know:

    • If you have made any changes to the operating system that might have resulted in causing this issue?
    • If you were able to see any error code/ error message when Internet Explorer crashes?

    Try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

    Step 1: I suggest you to run the Internet Explorer Performance troubleshooter.

    • Press Windows key, type troubleshooting
      and select it.
    • Click on View all in the left pane.
    • Click onInternet Explorer Performance and follow the onscreen instructions.

    Step 2: I suggest you to perform some of the troubleshooting steps from the link below link, Turn off add-ons, Reset Internet Explorer Settings, Open the page in Compatibility View etc. and check if it helps:
