    My internet working correctly only once per two launches


    Hi there! Here is my problem: my internet working only once per two launches. So now after each log on i have to restart my PC, and only after that i can use internet. Everything that's not my PC router, etc. is working properly, it's just my Windows.
    I actually live like this for a long time, because i was lazy to deal with it, and now i can't say from what it all starts. But there was time when everything worked like it should.
    Here are two pics of what internet settings tell:
    After one launch -

    I understand the inconvenience that you are unable to launch Internet Explorer as it prompts an error res://ieframe.dll/acr_error. We will help you to resolve this issue.

    The troubleshooter did fix one thing, but the game still isn't launching correctly. Do you have any more suggestions?

    Thank you for posting your reply.

    I suggest you to run the 'Internet Explorer Performance' troubleshooter by following the steps below:

    • Type 'Troubleshooting' in the search box and press Enter.
    • Click on View All on the top left pane.
    • Click on Internet Explorer Performance and follow the on screen prompts for troubleshooting.
