    My internet works fine for browsing but is unable to consistently connect to online call...


    I've just moved home from my apartment so I'm currently on different internet than I was for the past two years. After I finished setting up my PC I connected to the internet via ethernet cable. So far browsing works I'm using google chrome but discord, zoom, and league of legends are having connection issues. For Discord, once I join a call direct message or server call channels others can hear me for 1-5 seconds before they stop hearing me and my discord ping jumps to 5000. However, Discord otherwise functions perfectly fine. I can load messages and send messages, see activity and online

    Hi,

    There may be several reasons as to why you cannot connect to the internet. To isolate the issue, kindly answer the following questions:

    • What browser are you using?
    • Have you tried connecting to the internet using a wired connection?
    • When did the issue start?
    • Does this happen with all websites?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
    We also suggest that you try the try the troubleshooting steps found

    Unable to browse the Internet even when connected to Wi-Fi

    Hi Shahed,

    If you're network shows connected yet it doesn't allow you to browse online, it's possible that the network is not configured properly. To configure your network, we suggest that you follow these steps:

    • Click Windows
      My internet works fine for browsing but is unable to consistently connect to online call... [​IMG]
      .
    • Select Settings or the gear icon.
    • Select Network & Internet.
    • Under Wi-Fi, select Wi-Fi settings.
    • Under Manage known networks, select the network you want to delete.
    • Click Forget.

    Repeat steps 1 to 5 to reconnect, this time press
    Connect, then type the password and follow the instructions. Once you're done, check if the issue persists.

    Let us know if you encounter any challenges along the process.
