Windows 10: My IP address has been hacked and I believe it's via my WiFi connection, Spectrum

When I'm gaming, the mouse will move independently and this has been happening for over 3 weeks now. Today, my camera was disrupted in the middle of a meeting and I'm wondering if it was also done by the hacker. Either this hacker is one left over by an ADP payroll IT person I let access my PC during work or the Spectrum attendant whom made changes to my connection a few months ago. How can I change my IP address?

You might need your computer's IP address if you want to set up an Internet connection, allow other people to connect to your PC, or need to troubleshoot network problems. Kindly follow these steps to find the IP address of your computer:

• Select the Start button , start typing View network connections, and then select it in the list.
• Select an active network connection, and then, in the toolbar, select
  View status of this connection. (You might need to select the chevron icon to find this command.)
• Select Details. (Your PC's IP address appears in the
  Value column, next to IPv4 Address).

Connect to wifi using Static IP address

Hello team,

I am not able to connect to wifi using static IP address, see that this is listed as an issue on lumia series since March 2014. I just bought a Microsoft Lumia 535 and the problem persists.

Is this getting addressed any soon. I need this to be addressed categorically, else want to return this phone to flip kart and ask for a refund, as replacement does not work.

IP Address.

Hello,

I can not find my IP Address.

Also,I can not find the Ethernet Connection on my Taskbar.

I have found my Internet Access icon on my Taskbar.

Please list the steps needed to find my IP Address.

I found "Network & Internet",in "Setting",

I then found a link,"Finding my IP Address,(Under "Have a Question?")

But,this link did not help me find my IP Address.
