Windows 10: My IP address shows wrong geolocation in Microsoft applications

My Office 365 business applications do not allow me to log in from the Internet connection at home, they show me connected with my IP address from somewhere in the United States and due to cybersecurity policies they prevent the connection from outside Colombia, with the company's IT team we checked what could be happening and we found nothing, with my home Internet provider we reset my Internet router and nothing, I reset the connections and changed the locations of the applications and nothing, but from another Internet connection they do connect without problem, what else can I do?

Finding IP address

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below to find printer’s IP address:

1. Type Devices and Printers in the Windows search bar.
   
2. Select on the printer and click on
   Manage.
   
3. Click on the Ports tab.
   You will be able to find printer’s IP address under the ‘Ports’ tab.
   

Few printers also have a “Test print” option on the printer. When you print a test page from network printer, the page shows the IP address along with other details.

Note: If it is set on DHCP mode the IP address will constantly change.
The IP address is assigned automatically by your router using a protocol called DHCP.

Convert IP to Geolocation

How do I Convert Multiple IP Addresses into its Geolocation that contains the following: Country, Region, City, Latitude, Longitude, ZIPCode, TimeZone. This must pinpoint the exact location of the IP Address using Bing maps on excel 2016.

Yeah, there's an app called "System Information" that you can use to see your IP address on your phone (both for your local network and external).

IP geolocation doesn't always reflect your true actual location as it'll show the location of your access point. Mine shows that I'm in London, when I'm a good 30-40 miles away from there.

I wouldn't worry about it. If you have two-step authentication and have set up trusted devices, you should be pretty safe from most forms of unauthorised access.
