  1. My IP is different in Browser and CMD when using Proxy

hello, I just set up a proxy via "Network & internet > Proxy > Manual proxy setup > ON" proxy with Singapore address what I want to ask is, why is my IP different when I test it in Browser and CMD? The IP in the browser corresponds to the proxy's IP, while in CMD it's my private IP so how do I make the IP on my CMD match my proxy? i want to use proxy in my CMD im sorry for my bad english i hope you understand itThank you

    :)

Let's list some of the good proxy software to hide my IP

For me a proxy works then gets rapidly blocked until the proxy uses a new ip address.

I tend to avoid proxy use.

Seems like they are blocking TOR (Network). I'm in UK and connected to Russia also using Bridges.

Then via regular DNS (TOR disconnected) I get this:

If I connect via Cloudlare WARP then it works.

    Proxy Server?

Some proxies "let" you replace the url name with it's IP, like for google http://74.125.77.99/
Still you would need an external list of ip addresses for each website you want to visit (cauz the proxy would not let you do a tracert) or maybe use an external website for that, like this one (if not blocked already)
