Windows 10: my iphone is not recognized as internet modem via cable after windows programmed OS update

I am an HPE engineer and i am using windows actually on my laptop. During long time i have used my iphone 13 pro as an internet modem. What i was doing? Connecting the cable to the laptop and system automatically as recognizing my phone as an internet modem. After windows update this feature is no more offered. Now i have to establish madatory Wi-Fi connection between the phone and the laptop and this is not comfirtable for me as many times during the day the Wi-Fi fails and i have to reconnect again both devices. This is very unconfortable for me in fact and i would like to know if there is a

can someone recommend me a wireless router with built in cable modem. Most of the devices ive seen are equiped with ADSL modems!

Can't get Internet access from iPhone 6s with USB cable

This is a perpetual issue: After an update (not sure if it's on the Windows or iPhone side), I can no longer get an Internet connection through my iPhone 6s with a USB cable. I've lost track of how many times this problem has arisen.

In the past, I've fixed it by:

(1) Updating the USB driver (Apple Mobile Device USB Device) - OR

(2) Turning off IPv6 in the wireless network adapter.

But this time, I can't figure it out. The computer can see the iPhone as a USB device, so I can access its hard drive through File Explorer. And iTunes recognizes the iPhone. So it's not the USB cable, and the driver seems to be up to date. But I can't establish an Internet hotspot connection with a USB cable. (I can do so through a wireless connection, but this is problematic for other reasons.)

Any other ideas?

cable modem disconnects at ramdom intervals with installed windows 10--ok with windows 7

Installed windows 10 -with existing Comcast cable modem--system drops internet at random times. Tried removing some programs and surplus files,multiple reboots,windows self checks--no luck. Reinstalled windows 7 -problem went away.

Is there a log or file that would list what the problem was when cable drop and what the solution would be? The graphics card that i have does not list windows 10 as supported --could this be a problem. Cable modem is new xfinity with wifi-is there a problem
with modem brands or modem models?
