Windows 10: My iphone that had my authenticator app on it was stolen. Now i cannot access what i need...

My iphone that had my authenticator app on it was stolen. Now i cannot access what i need on my authenticator app for work. Can i get it reset? I didnt have my two step method set up. Each time i log in it wants a code that i cannot give.

On an iPhone, I suspect you're using the Google Authenticator App not the Microsoft Authenticator App. Is this correct?
